Whether you already have a diagnosis — If all you have is a symptom, the first step will be a consultation and tests, not a procedure. This changes both the next steps and the cost: a consultation starts from USD 20, a comprehensive examination from USD 61.
Tests needed beforehand — Most procedures require an ultrasound, smears and lab tests, sometimes colposcopy. These are priced separately.
Treatment method — One diagnosis can lead to different methods. For cervical erosion, for example, the clinic prices conservative treatment (from USD 61), laser or radiofrequency treatment (from USD 81) and combined treatment (from USD 94) separately.
Complexity of the case — For surgery, the price depends on the extent of the operation. Laparoscopic myomectomy for a single fibroid up to 5 cm starts from USD 577, for multiple fibroids from USD 790, and complex myomectomy from USD 1,063.
Anaesthesia — Some procedures are done under local anaesthesia (endometrial biopsy, IUD insertion or removal, cervical cyst removal), others under sedation or general anaesthesia (hysteroscopy, laparoscopy). This affects preparation and how long you spend at the clinic that day.
Type of appointment — Remotely, the doctor can review your symptoms and existing test results and draw up a plan of tests. An examination, ultrasound, sampling and any procedure require an in-person visit.
