Olha Diachenko is a massage specialist at the HairMed centre in Dnipro. She has been working since 2016 and teaches massage techniques. According to the centre's published rates: Thai face and head massage — UAH 700 for 30 minutes and UAH 950 for 60; neck and shoulder massage — UAH 650 for 30 minutes; classic back massage — UAH 700 for 40 minutes; full-body massage — UAH 850 for 60 minutes and UAH 1,100 for 90; lymphatic drainage massage — UAH 850 for 60 minutes; Tok Sen for the head and face — UAH 550 for 30 minutes.
Massage has no direct therapeutic effect on hair follicles and does not replace treatment prescribed by a trichologist. The centre offers it as a complementary treatment: head and neck massage relieves muscle tension, which many patients with stress-related hair loss come in with.
