Svitlana Nedbailo is a hair transplant surgeon at the HairMed centre in Dnipro. She has performed hair transplants since 2019, using the FUE, DHI and Long Hair techniques, and also performs eyebrow transplants.
Education: Dniprodzerzhynsk Medical College, nursing (2008–2011); Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy, general medicine (2011–2017); internship in surgery at Dnipro State Medical University (2021); continuing professional development at Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine on “Treatment of complicated wounds” (2022). Since 2021 she has also worked as a surgeon in the inpatient surgical department of City Clinical Hospital No. 16.
She has completed the masterclass “Trichoscopy. Diffuse forms of alopecia. Treatment methods” and the IHRS Practical Workshops of 2021 and 2024, and took part in the third USHRS international congress on hair restoration surgery in Lviv (2022).

According to the centre's published prices: stitch-free FUE up to 2,000 grafts — UAH 47 per graft; a session of 2,001–2,200 grafts — UAH 94,000; 2,201–3,000 grafts — UAH 43 per graft; a session of 3,001–3,400 grafts — UAH 126,900; from 3,401 grafts — UAH 38. The FUE+DHI method and beard or moustache transplantation — UAH 61 per graft; with this method the implantation is performed by a member of the team. Transplant consultation — UAH 1,000.
It is a type of transplant in which the grafts are moved with the hair shaft left at its length, without shaving the donor area first. You can see an approximate result straight after the procedure, and the recovery period is less noticeable to others. The centre lists this technique among the doctor's specialisations alongside FUE and DHI.
Fewer grafts are needed, but the angle and direction of growth of each follicle must be far more precise: an eyebrow has a natural pattern that is designed individually. Eyebrow transplantation is a separate area of the doctor's specialisation.
